THESE PRICES ARE FOR TWO PEOPLE
Any extra persons over 5 years old will be charged $10.00 per person per night.

PLEASE NO SMOKING IN COTTAGES.
Check in time 2pm on day of arrival.
Checkout time is 11am on day of departure.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION:
Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
50% deposit on all bookings.
December-January School Holidays
A deposit of 50% of the tariff is required by September and full payment before arrival in mid December.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
No refunds for early departures. Time contracted shall be paid.
December/January school holidays - no refunds for cancellations after the 30th September unless notice is given to cancel.
A refund less 10% cancellation fee will be permitted if cottage is fully rebooked.
If a guest does not arrive on a nominated day and fails to notify management no refunds are applicable and booking will be cancelled.
14 days notice is required for all other times of the year providing we can rebook the cottage.
TARIFF CHANGES
Tariff review is made on 1st July each year.
